White Coat Ceremony
The White Coat Ceremony is a prestigious event welcoming our newest medical students to the College of Medicine. This ceremony includes a formal robing of students in white coats, the garb physicians have traditionally worn for over 100 years. Students also will receive the physicians oath, which states to not only treat a medical condition, but also care for patients.
In conjunction with the ceremony, a class photo is taken. Please complete the form below to receive an emailed complimentary copy of the White Coat Photo.
This event is sponsored by Upstate's College of Medicine, the Parent's and Family Association of the Medical Alumni Foundation, and the Onondaga County Medical Society. To learn more about the Parent and Family Association, click here.
