What is Reunion Weekend?
Reunion Weekend is the largest Alumni event held each year. Alumni classes gather on campus at five-year anniversaries of graduation. Reunions are about reconnecting and reminiscing. We have a full schedule of activities that you can participate in or you can spend some quiet time with your classmates.
Where will I stay?
There are several hotels close to campus and a variety of hotels in the Syracuse area. Click here to view area information and accommodations. We also have a list of hotels on the back of the Reunion Invitation for your reference.
How can I find out if someone from my class is attending?
Once registration materials are mailed, the Medical Alumni Office will regularly post and update attendees on the Reunion website for each class. Click here to see Who's Coming.
What should I wear?
Most reunion events are casual. Class Dinners are semi-formal.
Is parking available on or near campus?
The best place to park is the Central New York Parking garage on the corner of Waverly and Irving Avenue, which is across the street from Weiskotten Hall. If you plan to stay at one of the hotels in the campus area, you may consider leaving your car at the hotel and taking the hotel shuttle to Weiskotten Hall.
Will former professors/faculty/staff be there?
Professors, faculty and staff are invited to attend various events throughout Reunion weekend.
I have some particular needs related to accessibility. What should I do?
Upstate Medical Univeristy is committed to making its campus accessible to persons with disabilities. However, not all areas of campus are fully accessible. Individuals who have any special needs should contact the Medical Alumni Office at (315) 464-4359.
I have dietary restrictions. What should I do?

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If cancellation of a Reunion reservation is necessary, contact the Medical Alumni Office at (315) 464-4361. Individuals will be reimbursed in full for cancellations made prior to the reservation deadline.
